KCH Garden Square
We provide legal services for the general public, solicitors and organisations with teams working in Civil, Crime and Family Law. Our expertise also includes Public Access, Mediation, Courts Martial, Special Counsel and Sports Law.
Members of the civil team also practice in property, personal injury and employment law.
Accessible for all
It is now possible for members of the public to instruct a barrister on certain matters without the need for a solicitor. This means you could be eligible for specialist legal advice and representation at a reasonable cost.
These disputes could include; Intellectual Property, Local Government, Construction, Landlord and Tenant, Planning, Employment and Boundaries – it’s often easier, less stressful and quicker to access high quality expertise without the added cost.
Service values
We aim to provide an excellent, quality service that you can trust and depend upon. In continuing to provide this high standard we regularly assess and review our cases – meaning the best possible service for you or your client.
Whether you’re an individual, solicitor or company our focus is always on you. Our barristers and clerks are very knowledgeable in their areas of law and we pride ourselves on understanding your needs and delivering the desired results, whilst being approachable and in contact throughout the whole process.
You’ve come to us because you need our help and expertise, we’ll be totally honest with you about your case and the chances of achieving the desired result. This may involve taking a different path, but one that would be more productive in the long run.
Quality Mark of the Bar
On 3rd April 2003 we were awarded Quality Mark for the Bar. This is a new specialist level of the Quality Mark standard designed for use in Barristers Chambers which draws extensively on existing quality standards.
Fair rates for all
Depending on the complexity and urgency of your case our fees our based on an hourly rate. These rates will vary according to the seniority and experience of the barristers, but are always competitive – if possible we’ll provide fixed costs for advisory and draft work and all hours are noted with no hidden extras.
We welcome your feedback on the service that we provide.
In the ever changing landscape of the law we strive to improve for future cases. In the event of a complaint arising, please email us and we’ll do our utmost to clarify the situation.
