We have a panel of mediators, all of whom are experienced advocates in the civil and/or family courts. Each mediator has detailed knowledge of the pitfalls and problems of litigation, as well as the potential benefits.
By using our mediation skills, combined with our legal experience and expertise, we can provide an excellent service to help the resolution of your dispute.
We bring to mediation the same approachable and practical style that we bring to our legal practices at KCH Garden Square. The service that we offer is not confined to formal mediation, we also offer advice and assistance with other forms of alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration, collaborative law and negotiation.
Our fees for mediation are administered in the same way as counsels’ brief fees. We do not charge a separate administration fee.
